This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter; able to prospect, develop, close, and nurture new business. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year account development experience, primarily in a tele-communicative environment. Computer skills such as use of Gmail, internet searches, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are critical. Direct experience in the mortgage and/or real estate industry a plus. This person will work closely with the leading companies in the mortgage industry to position as a valuable direct marketing partner.


  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and identify prospects needs to determine how the solution will speak to those needs.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times with clients. Conducting live product demonstrations using JoinMe, via screen sharing.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

  • 1+ years sales success or customer service
  • 1+ years experience in the mortgage industry or advertising sales preferred
  • Proven record of success in a fast paced, results driven environment.
  • Comfortable with calling individuals who have not shown previous interest in our products
  • Possess an enthusiastic, customer-focused personality
  • Experience managing a book of business in a CRM system: with a plus
  • Competitive, persistent, strong desire to make sales

Compensation / Benefits:

  • Salary and commission.
