For Rent Media Solutions is seeking an assertive, consultative, experienced sales professional to handle inside advertising sales in the Norfolk area. This challenging opportunity is for a candidate desiring a fast-paced, revenue driven atmosphere with high earning potential. Our inside advertising sales consultants are responsible for increasing revenue from existing accounts and driving new business revenue growth. He/She will utilize creative and strategic selling techniques, execute sales calls to closure, and manage accounts to secure the highest level of customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidates must possess the following:

  • A high volume of outbound calls prospecting to Multi Housing professionals.
  • A “self starter” with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to present a strong phone presence, and display a high level of professionalism.
  • A high energy, enthusiastic and effective communicator.
  • Ability to work as part of a performance-based team, communicate effectively, clearly and professionally with team members.
  • Accepts accountability for their role and ability as part of a performance-based team.
  • Willing and able to learn new things.
  • Disciplined and goal-oriented.
  • Be able to follow direction and accomplish all tasks that are given.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.


Requirements

Desired skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years inside sales experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year business to business sales experience.
  • Software sales experience a plus.

Working knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) a plus
