Enrich Your Career

  1. Account management, including servicing and renewing accounts
  2. Maximize account penetration within current and new customers
  3. Make sales presentations, open new business, build client relationships, and maintain long-term relationships
  4. Partner with property management groups to offer an array of products such as Social Media, Mobile Marketing, and Digital Media Sites

Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Two plus years outside sales success is required to include consistent pattern of sales growth year-to-year
  2. Property management or local multi-housing industry experience is preferred, but not required
  3. Tech-savvy individual experienced with social media, advertising design, and/or marketing is preferred
  4. Business competencies and personal strengths include self-confidence, customer focus, business acumen, high motivation, positive, optimistic, drive for results, achieve with little/no direct supervision, motivated by income based on selling performance, written and verbal communication, personable, goal driven, multitask, organizational, energized by fast-paced business environment, attention to detail, sensitive to deadlines, integrity, and trust
  5. Must have own transportation
