ADP is hiring an Associate Client Support Consultant. In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer support through incoming calls
  • Respond to inquiries regarding ADP products
  • Answer client non-technical questions regarding payroll, HR and PC navigation (training will be provided)
  • Conduct correspondence with customers and representatives
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities
  • Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices and training on ADP solutions, based on client input or experience.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • No previous experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree, May 2018 undergraduate preferred
  • Between one and five years of customer service work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide positive results with professionalism and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Previous experience working with clients in a fast paced, complex, deadline-oriented service environment (such as retail, restaurant, banking, etc.) is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills required, along with good interpersonal skills and ability to contribute in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints and to prioritize your work-load and commitments.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours during peak processing periods, including calendar year-end.
  • Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP
  • Demonstrated organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
