Job Summary: Serves as a liaison among Riverside team members and internal/external business partners. Researches, analyzes and supports administration of various employee benefit programs to ensure that Riversides benefits remain competitive, cost effective, and legally compliant. Benefit programs include-but are not limited to- employee wellness, health, life, disability, retirement/savings, and dental/vision programs. Supports wellness program and retirement plans to ensure plans are administered according to plan provisions.  Analyzes and reconciles deductions and employer contributions.  Working knowledge of benefits administration, ERISA and reporting.  Audits changes in benefit eligibility to ensure enrollment windows open/close. Performs in a lead role on the annual open enrollment process. Keeps abreast of the terms of coverage and laws governing all group benefit programs in order to provide resolution to employee benefit issues. Serves in backup role to support Sr. Analyst with ACA compliance and reporting, as well as other analytical duties/projects. Provides support to Total Rewards team under the supervision of the Benefits Manager. 

Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Specialty certification preferred (PHR or CBP)

Skills/Experience: A minimum of 3 years HR experience required.  Recent work experience in benefits administration required. Strong excel skills using analytical tools such as V-look up and pivot tables. Strong customer service skills. Able to work independently and with team on projects.

 

Hours: Full time, Day shift, Monday - Friday.
