Bilingual Sr. Recoveries Representative



Job Description



Associates handle inbound or outbound calls with customers whose balances have charged off. Associates should help customers with payment arrangements that relieve them of outstanding debt balances with the company. They may do so through payment arrangements, settlements, or other tools appropriate to the situation. The goal is to help our customers find a way to move past their existing debt, get on the road to building back their credit and retain customers.



Responsibilities:



• Provide excellent customer service and help customers bring their account to current by offering payment arrangements, settlements or other tools.



• Manage inbound / outbound customer and merchant calls in reference to fraud claim



• Investigate fraudulent claim on customer accounts to determine responsible party or true fraud



• Correspond with customers via telephone, mail and electronically



• Perform chargebacks within Visa and MasterCard regulations



• Administrative and data entry duties such as updating account information, emails, voicemails and group activity participation



Basic Qualifications:



• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification​



• Fluent in Spanish and English



Preferred Qualifications:



• 3 years of customer service experience



• 2 years of sales experience
