Bilingual Sr. Recovery Representative



As a Disputes Charge Off Investigation associate, your primary objective is to successfully resolve charge off disputes while balancing your individual productivity and quality to meet/exceed expected performance targets. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research using numerous systems (e.g. Chordiant, TSYS, IRIS Recap, SeeDocs, E-Prism, COLD, CHIA etc.) to resolve and respond to written and inbound call disputes from customers, with strict regulated turnaround times. You will be expected to achieve individual and team results in a production focused, team oriented environment. This position requires you to multitask and make solid accurate decisions at all times.



Basic Qualifications:



-High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military Experience

-At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience



-Fluent in Spanish and English



Preferred Qualifications:



-2 Years of Customer Service Experience

-2 Years of Call Center Experience

-1 year of Recoveries Experience
