Branch Systems Specialist III



Responsibilities:

Lead the identification, prioritization and implementation of all internal process improvement work.

Play a leadership role in partnering with external teams on identifying, prioritizing and implementing process improvements.

Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams, standardized playbooks (project & maintenance plans) and maturing team’s internal business processes.

Apply lean techniques and Agile methodologies to deliver in a rapid, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.

Provide project management leadership for all branch technology initiatives, including but not limited to assessing the impact, assigning resources and acting as the primary POC representing Branch Mission Control.

Act as subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve a desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing suitable solutions.

Regularly communicate progress, status, risks and issues to project team, Sr. Manager and extended stakeholder group(s). Escalate to senior leadership as needed

Triage and drive forward incident resolution with the expected level of urgency

Record and maintain accurate statistics on results achieved for all team KPIs

Oversees the business roadmap and release management process for their area of expertise
