Client Support Specialist II



**Job Description**



Private Banking Client Solutions (CS) Specialist supporting several critical functions within the Wealth & Asset Management Space . With an emphasis on delivering personalized service, acting as a key point-of-contact for clients across all service and operations issues. CS receives and resolves a majority of client inquiries while advocating for the client on all service issues. Aligned to a Private Banker and their portfolio, the CS is the primary liaison with the Trust and portfolio management team and operation partners across the organization



**Responsibilities**



+ Primary point of contact for the Wealth Advisor/ Private Banker for client servicing including client interaction in person and/or phone and follow up

+ Assist with onboarding of Investment Accounts with the preparation of account review documents to satisfy AML and other regulatory requirements

+ Assisting in gathering Personal WAM client application Financial Statements in anticipation of credit reviews or AML reviews.

+ Confirming that all client relationships housed in the assigned portfolio are serviced in compliance with bank policy.

+ Primary liaison between sales team and office review team coordinating all aspects of new client onboarding

+ Opening and closing Deposit Accounts accurately and in compliance with AML and CIP regulations.

+ Primary liaison with the loan administration, loan operations, Treasury Management, Underwriting, and any other department that has direct or indirect impact on the client.

+ Participate in client meetings

+ Support Investment Sales Solution with the creation of sales proposals, Pitch Book presentations and RFPs

+ Additional responsibilities include projects, participation in Bank initiatives and training as requested.

+ Actively participate as a member of the Client Support Team



**Basic Qualifications**



+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, military experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office

+ At least 3 years of client servicing experience

+ At least 2 years of private banking experience



**Preferred Qualifications**



+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

+ At least 5 years in Client Servicing

+ At least 4 years of private banking experience
