Your Career Enrichment Opportunity

Our Client Support Specialist will develop and maintain excellent client relationships with new and existing hotel clients throughout the entire customer life cycle. In this role you will engage in daily client contact to grow and retain revenue of a book of business, and perform product training, basic technical support and marketing recommendations.

  1. Teamwork for individual and organization success
    • Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate Regional Marketing Consultant in order to maintain a book of business
    • Work with our Composing department on the set up of video montages, online listings, and print listings
    • Engage in weekly and monthly team activities and meetings and work with other departments to better serve our clients and prospects
    • Complete account billing and product upgrades / downgrades by working  with the Regional Office Managers
    • Customer focus is of highest priority and includes
      • Maintaining timely and accurate bi-monthly client communication (verbal and written) to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships for assigned accounts
      • Recognize accounts in danger of cancelling and proactively work with the client to improve their experience, product performance and the relationship with Travel Media Group
      • Conduct a thorough walkthrough and training with the new customer, including the adding of purchased enhancements; maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Travel Media Group product offerings in order to conduct in-depth webinars on all products
      • Process all client requests and changes quickly with great attention to detail, while adhering to company pricing guidelines and terms; ensure timely on-boarding upon receipt of customer agreements; handle daily issues including troubleshooting and call ins; assist in retention and collections as needed; up-sell and upgrade accounts
      • Administration a key to quality service
        • Confirm logins and ensure emails and account information are correct; send follow-up confirmation email with login and contact information
        • Perform monthly Reputation account analyses and measure customer performance on entire campaigns

          Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

          • Proficiency in standard office communication technology such as email, voicemail, Internet, etc.
          • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
