Job Summary: Provides RHS Paging and Telephonic Process for Spok Smart Console Inbound Calls to include: Documentation and Coordination of CODE CALLS for Life Threatening and Acute Scenarios facilitated in an Urgent Timely Manner. Completes a Warm Transfer for RHS Directory Assistance, Patient Information, Care Connection, and Physician Line. Up fronts Inbound Calls in Assigned Service Queue for RHS Health Communications Department. Encounter documentation for patient concerns and compliments.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Data Entry and or typing skills required; additional technical computer training, medical terminology preferred.
Certifications: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
