Description

SUMMARY: As a Data Analyst, a greater part of your role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting CRM functions in the areas of service, sales, marketing, and custom data integration. This will include all data cleansing, responding to user questions and issues, report requests, and other responsibilities as noted in our requirements list. You will be the POC with the organization over data management and key player in ensuring the users know and understand our correct processes in utilizing the CRM systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  Includes the following (other duties may be assigned):

  1. Manage daily activities responsively including resolving business usability issues through internal support requests, approving record changes and driving end-user adoption
  2. Develop and maintain customer reports, dashboards, communication templates and page components
  3. Manage user situations, issues, and requests; Respond quickly and efficiently; Understand how to decipher what a user is asking and what they mean
  4. Perform detailed analysis of business specification requirements with documentation for training
  5. Apply business processes and knowledge of enhancement requests to maintain data integrity and operational requirements
  6. Assist with developing, configuring, user acceptance testing (UAT) in sandbox and support activities in post deployment
  7. Provide on-going support to identify, troubleshoot and quickly relay production issues to team
  8. Communicate project details to various levels of stakeholders during project life-cycle to ensure business needs are effectively represented
  9. Work with internal training organization to ensure new functionality is clearly documented and accurately describes processes across multiple channels
  10. Establish, document, maintain, and educate the businesses on CRM configuration, policies, procedures and standards that ensure our data is consistent, complete and viable
  11. Extensive data cleansing techniques on individual records or through mass updates to maintain quality data in records
  12. Takes initiative to research and increase knowledge of systems best practices and improvement resources which includes CRM releases
  13. Maintain good team working relationships in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills including the use of relational databases and the ability to learn new applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large quantities of data from various sources and combine them into other datasets using Excel pivot tables, formulas and functions
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, highly organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with limited supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 2+ years experience in data collection/analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM or other CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of accuracy
  • Possess critical thinking skills and an inquisitive nature that results in asking questions, seeking to understand relationships, and finding answers
