Your Opportunity:

This is a support role position that will require you to work closely with the local Account Executives in preparing contracts, return on Investment reports, competition reports, addendums, leasing training, new advertiser packets, recommendations, proposals, sales presentations, identify sales opportunities through analyzing reports and data, compile data into organized spreadsheets and assist the team with any projects or tasks needing assistance. This position also includes but not limited to:

  • Conduct new client training on products/processes/services
  • Aide in training/understanding internal programs
  • Create or edit flyers, labels, spreadsheets or any other templates
  • Keep media pieces updated and provide to AE's as needed
  • Delivery of items as needed by clients
  • Handle the telephone when in the office
  • Troubleshoot client log in problems
  • Assist the production team in building new FRC, CHC and A55 listings
  • Assist in maintaining and updating FRC, CHC, A55 and PRC listings
  • Submit ISOs and process cancellation paperwork as needed
  • Setup auto-email Leads reports and group user names
  • Schedule and shoot property photos as needed to include the following: edit photos via Photoshop, upload photos and choose ones to make live, handle contracted photographers – setting up user IDs, train either on-site or with how to guides, review photos, approve photo quality

    Successful candidates must possess the following:

    • Successful candidates must possess the following: A minimum of two years of administrative and sales support experience required
    • Property management experience is highly preferred ( ie. leasing agent)
    • Must have excellent computer skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of social media sites and search engine optimization
    • Internet and social media savvy
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Assertiveness
    • Ability to adapt on a daily basis to a fast paced environment
    • Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
    • Proficient in MS Office specifically Excel
    • General knowledge of SEO and SEM practices
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Exceptional time management skills
    • Positive attitude about providing excellent customer service and sales support
