CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE(S)
Horizon Flight Center, LLC is seeking full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (13-20 hours per week) Customer Service Representative applicants for consideration. 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties, including: FAA dispatching; providing general assistance to the customer, stocking the pilot shop area and keeping the work-space clean. This position requires skills in prioritization, organization, strong verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must love a fast paced environment and possess initiative. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. The CSR ensures consistent application of all company and local customer service policies and performs all other responsibilities as directed by the Flight School Manager. General aviation/FBO experience is a plus.
