DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a Desktop Support Specialist at ForRent.com.Â This exciting position is based in Norfolk, VA and serves as the primary point of contact for the customer and internal communications, while maintaining and servicing customer accounts.Â It is this personâ€™s responsibility to identify, resolve and troubleshoot customer complaints, assure appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues and exceed the customer's satisfaction.Â The person in this position would be required to perform role requirements with limited supervision and be flexible to the needs of the department while being detail oriented.
Â Candidates must demonstrate a strong pattern of success in:
- Sales support/customer service/data entry
- Written and oral communication including grammar and spelling.

- Working in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word
