Digital Product Marketing Strategist



Capital One is seeking a passionate and seasoned product marketer to join our Digital Brand Strategy Team. Listed in the top 20 best places to work this year by Forbes, Capital One was the first bank to launch a skill at http://www.capitalone.com/alexa on Amazon Alexa and the first US bank to launch a natural language SMS chatbot, Eno at https://www.capitalone.com/applications/eno/ , at SXSW in 2017. You’ll be a key part of the team that brings these exciting, transformative digital products to the market.



**You would be responsible for:**



+ Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand the competitive landscape

+ Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption

+ Drive a holistic product and communication strategy around our intelligent assistant products and broader digital product ecosystem

+ Deliver end-to-end marketing – from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, SEO, creative brief development, customer advocacy, and communication

+ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, UX, design, analytics, PR, social media, video, creative and leadership, to drive marketing roadmaps, strategy and execution

+ Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy

+ Support development and own management of marketing learning agenda and testing strategy

+ Influence internal decision makers and key stakeholders with formal recommendations and informal networking through excellent communication

+ Work proactively in an agile environment and be comfortable working in whitespace



**What you will bring to the team:**



+ You have a curious mindset and great marketer, passionate about digital products and technology

+ You’ve launched and driven adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs

+ You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage

+ You’re a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike.

+ You’re comfortable developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights.

+ You have strong personal organization and project management abilities

+ You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

+ You’re proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

+ At least 3 years of experience in product marketing for a digital or tech company



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ MBA preferred

+ At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or strategy for a digital or tech company

+ At least 1 year of experience with search engine marketing
