Consider Your Opportunity!

  1. Create and nurture positive, productive relationships with the Registrar channel to grow market share of our TLDs.
  2. Provide leadership, direction, and education to enable a high-performing channel.
  3. Identify, create, and cultivate additional channels to grow domain name volume and revenue.
  4. Actively utilize SalesForce for effective pipeline management, with ability to provide insights into opportunities expected close in the next 30/60/90 days.
  5. Work collaboratively across teams including registry operations, marketing, finance, and sales.
  6. Own and understand industry landscape and trends.
  7. Define and execute incentive programs that result in profitable revenue growth for Dominion Domains and our channel partners.
  8. Actively participate in and contribute to our business strategy process.
  9. Apply best practices in performance management and report on metrics.
  10. Attain personal and team quotas monthly.
  11. Requirements

  1. Strong working knowledge of the domain name industry with an eagerness to apply your knowledge and profit from it by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors; be our self-starter who is focused on success
  2. Success working with Registrars, domain investors, and other channels to grow TLD volume and revenue
  3. Perform as a strategic thinker who puts plans into action and pivots as needed
  4. Expertise with SalesForce.com or other CRM to document opportunity status.
  5. Personal strengths and business competencies that include communications, presentations, drive for results, decision quality, priority setting, motivating others, high energy, enthusiasm, client focus, competitive, happy, positive, optimistic, team builder, high level of professionalism at all times, build rapport, integrity and trust; be that team player who listens to others, share insights, and provides the always valuable constructive feedback
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office, other standard applications, and Internet navigation
