Job Summary: Works under the direction of the Administrator, organizes, directs, coordinates, staffs and controls a range of Food Service activities so as to accomplish the goals and objectives of the department. Initiates Performance Improvement processes on an on-going basis so as to improve key aspects of care or service.
Education: Associates degree in Food Service Management or equivalent is preferred. Bachelor's degree Preferred.
Certifications: Certification in Dietary Management (CDM) is preferred. Certification in food safety preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years of experience working in an institutional food service environment is preferred. Management experience preferred.
