**What you'll do:**



+ Define and lead the next generation Personalization strategy for Capital One's web & mobile Customer Servicing Experience that leverages cutting-edge technology, Big Data & Machine Learning, and customer-centric thinking

+ Identify opportunities to improve and optimize customer experiences through data and technology-driven capabilities

+ Collaborate daily with other digital product managers, UX designers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to shape the direction of the agenda

+ Use data and customer research to form hypotheses, then work with partners to design and execute tests that’ll prove/disprove those hypotheses



**What we’re looking for:**



+ Analytically-minded, strategic thinker

+ Creative problem solver who lives at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology dimensions. Deep fluency and experience in at least two dimensions and understanding of the third.

+ An agile Product Mindset - You know that every great idea is built on possibilities and assumptions and that the journey is about proving them each step of the way. You can take in a lot of disparate information and find common themes, recommend clear paths forward and iterate.



Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

+ At least 7 years of consumer product management experience

+ At least 5 years of experience managing people

+ At least 3 years of Agile Product Management experience

+ At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional product teams



Preferred Qualifications:



+ MBA or Master’s degree



+ Leading financial services or technology company experience

+ Fluency in human-centered product discovery methods such as design thinking and service design
