**External Job Description:**

E10 Submarine Construction Engineering is seeking a team leader who will be responsible for Integrated Product Development Environment ( IPDE) processes & business partner functionality to be successful in delivering Submarines to the NAVY.

As a business partner, identify use cases/requirements for IPDE SUBE construction engineering deliverables that are relevant to the digital future in Siemens Tcu PLM toolset. Support the programs to efficiently build/test/certify and deliver Submarines with technical rigor and configuration management processes. This will include developing a tool set including but not limited to Data Transfers, SEBAD Development, Manufacturing Digital Data, Work Completion Reporting, Liaison Processes and Configuration Management. Other responsibilities could include documenting & training, coordinate procedural development, training material /videos for individual guidance to develop Functional Department SMEs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Ideal candidate will have a background in research and/or product development encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: structural, electronics, electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical.

Strong background in computers and databases, and possess general knowledge of database architecture including legacy programs used by HII.

- Experience/knowledge in (Integrated Digital Shipbuilding ) iDs

- Working knowledge in Siemens Tcu /NX (ORP, CVN etc)

- Above average skills with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Power Point

- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

- Experience /knowledge in VCS construction deliverables including EB 3G, Dwgs, ERs
