Job Summary: Responsible for oversight of RSHC campus safety, security, and maintenance activities. Acts as liaison with vendors, property managers, contractors, and public safety officials, coordinating day-to-day operations of the campus. Assists in meeting campus audiovisual needs. Responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans. The Facilities Coordinator will manage office functions including: work order coordination, security badge and access assignments, maintain campus inventory records, coordinate project activities, and scheduling support.
Education: High school diploma required, Associates in Business or related field or course work preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years combined experience in the following areas: Customer Relations, Project Management, Security, and/or Oversight of Facility Maintenance required. 1-3 years Maintenance(HVAC, Electrical, General Contracting) preferred.
Hours: Monday-Friday: Days; Evenings & Weekends as needed.
