    Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    1. Cold call expertise for new business prospects, by phone and in-person; prospecting and qualifying skills of high importance
    2. Passionate, confident and successful leader; creative and urgent
    3. Digital marketing, social media,  SEO and SEM helpful
    4. Digital advertising sales or B2B sales success in a multi-layered environment; create advertising packages that maximize each client’s ROI
    5. Develop and cultivate rich business relationships with existing clients
    6. CRM expertise that enables sales pipeline and revenue forecasting in Salesforce.com
    7. Business competencies and personal strengths include customer focus, listening, drive for results, verbal and written communication, compelling presentations, determination, perseverance, problem solving, time management, organization, collaboration, self-motivated, self-starter, integrity and trust
    8. Proficient with MS Office software, mobile and social media platforms, and presenting in-person or with video conferencing tools (WebEx/JoinMe)
    9. 2 or more years of successful sales management experience
    10. Property management experience is helpful but not required.
