HR Sr. Associate - Campus Programs Management



The Campus Programs team is responsible for building Capital One’s pipeline of talent from universities– and great PhD technology talent is at the top of our list. We are looking for a motivated program lead to oversee our college hiring strategy for the Machine Learning job families within Capital One – specific to university graduate programs.

**Summary of Responsibilities**



+ Develop and execute strategies aimed at promoting the Capital One brand and developing a targeted candidate pipeline of university students

+ Foster relationshiops with PhD faculty and top programs across the US

+ Engage with senior leaders across company to ensure staffing needs are met

+ Lead the hiring manager identification and manager training processes

+ Create and coordinate ongoing campus hire training and communications



**Basic Qualifications**



+ Bachelor's degree or military experience

+ At least 2 years of experience working in program management, or at least 2 years of experience in employee development, or a combination of both



**Preferred qualifications**



+ At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, or at least 3 years of experience in other human resources or project management roles

+ Experience working at a technology company

+ Experience with communications

+ Experience with event management

+ Experience interpreting metrics and trends
