Intent Delivery Manager/Process Manager (US Card Fulfillment )

**Role:**



As a Process Manager at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. Responsible for the collaborating with internal clients to successfully deliver Business Intent Delivery for Capital One’s Partnerships Retail and Co-brand businesses. Collaborate and execute on business intent from internal clients. Partner with Marketing/ Brand, senior leadership, and external business partners in a matrix organization to successfully implement new and re-designed partner launches related to card issuance. Transform culture from tactical partnership to a strategic partnership.



You will lead a team of Project/ Process Managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive innovation. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.



**Responsibilities:**



- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts



- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.



- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style



- Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation



- Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes



- Deliver on critical customer SLAs



- Creating and validating processes



- Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness



- Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes



- Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department



- Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings



- Managing and leading a high performing team of associates



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ At least 2 years process management experience

+ At least 2 years people management experience

+ PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ 5 years of Project Management experience

+ 5 years of people management experience
