ADP is hiring a Lead PCI Controls Assurance Analyst (PCI Compliance/Risk/IT Security). The Controls Assurance Team is part of The Office of Privacy, Risk and Governance within ADP's Global Security Organization (GSO). Controls Assurance utilizes consultations, evaluations, risk assessments, and training to ensure that a consistent and standardized control framework is utilized globally throughout ADP. In an increasingly demanding and evolving regulatory atmosphere we aim to embed Risk & Control as part of the normal business process. By creating a coherent picture across ADP, our objective is to ensure that the process of good governance and control really does make the lives of our customers and colleagues much easier.

We are currently looking for an individual with PCI compliance, risk, information / IT security, and IT governance background to join our team. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of complex technology risks, information security, and IT challenges and learning opportunities. Assignments will include managing the PCI compliance process, performing IT / information security risk assessments, technical infrastructure security reviews, and other controls and assurance related work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day to day PCI compliance process.
  • Develop and update PCI related policies, standards, procedures and best practices
  • Assess PCI technology risk and information security management framework, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure a secure network.
  • Manage the implementation of strong controls measures
  • Protect cardholder data
  • Perform day to day activities related to th vulnerability management program by proactively assessing potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the network as well as the web platform (including operating system, database, web server, firewall, router, etc.)
  • Monitor and test network controls on a regular basis
  • Break down a process into its parts and process map critical controls.
  • Evaluate a product or office against ADP policies, industry leading practices, international privacy requirements, and regulatory requirements including PCI SSD, ISO, HIPAA, SOX, and SSAE16.
  • Create the necessary documentation during each engagement through written reports and updating the Risk register tool.
  • Understand the relationship between Controls Assurance and business goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate evaluation of Minimum Control Standards and Guidelines and documentation of control activities.
  • Take a consultant's approach to the attest / assurance process of a business unit utilizing our practice methodology to assess operations.
  • Facilitate resolution by the business of control issues/deficiencies
  • Deliver Control Environment expertise as a technical expert providing technical guidance and direction to a business unit once the assessment is complete.
  • Support the business as they create and/or update documentation of processes and control documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with global process owners and control owners to achieve desired results across ADP.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in PCI compliance/architecture as well as networking.
  • In depth knowledge of computer security and security vulnerabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA), CISSP, GSEC, GCIA, CCNA, CEH, MCSE
  • Must be well versed in multiple security technologies such as SIEM, Antivirus, Intrusion Detection Systems, End-point security, Active Directory.
  • Ability to explain complex issues to all levels of the organization.
  • Broad knowledge of business-impacting security scenarios and viable methods to detect these scenarios.
  • General understanding of key components of international internet architecture, both technical and political.
  • Implementation experience with some of the major centralized authentication systems such as LDAP.
  • Implementation experience with general enterprise core infrastructure elements (general switch/router/proxy/firewall configurations)
  • General knowledge of web content scripting languages.
  • Experience producing architectural diagrams and overviews for both business and technical audiences.
  • Technical Knowledge: PCI DSS, UNIX, AIX, Linux, Cisco Network IDS, Cisco Host-based IDS, eTrust Access Control, ESM, and IDS. DES encryption, Digital Certificates, SSL, VPN, IPSec, TCP/IP, DNS and web security architecture, mySQL, subversion, SpamAssassin, Nmap, Nikto, Nessus, Paros
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
