Description: Job Title: Lead QA Engineers Location: Norfolk, VA Job Duties: ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Lead QA Engineers at our Norfolk, VA location. Responsibilities: Work with development team and business partners to compile overall test plans and detailed test case scenarios based on business requirements and technical application specifications. Develop and execute test plans. Write and maintain test scripts that match test plans, create data sheets to be used with test scripts, perform manual, negative, and regression tests by executing batches of automated scripts. Review, comment on and approve various design specs; submit accurate defects with clear, repeatable steps, analyze defects to ascertain sources and nature of defects. Act as functional expert on QA standards and process. Communicate with other Quality Assurance, Development, and ADP business partner staff to ensure that QA issues are documented, tested, and applied to established product development timelines and deadlines. Provide adjustments to development cycle estimates of completion of tests, and track progression of product through Quality Assurance testing process. Provide input to Development and Documentation personnel regarding product progress as well as interact with outside vendors or clients to resolve outstanding Quality Assurance issues. Develop and implement testing procedures and work with QA team members to ensure compliance with client specifications. Track documentation trends and recommend changes to project processes as appropriate. Provide and adjust scheduling of assigned tasks throughout the product development cycle. Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience required. Employer will accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of experience. Work Experience: Experience must include: HP ALM; SQL; testing; QTP/UFT; Soap UI tool; Agile/Scrum Methodology; Toad; MS Excel; MS Access; Beyond Compare or other data compare tools; Visio; SharePoint; HTML; and XML.
