The Learning Experience Designer will analyze, design, and develop learning materials. This individual will partner closely with key business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning, with a focus on digital learning methods. This individual will analyze learning needs, design and develop learning solutions, and measure and report out on learning effectiveness. S/he will work closely with teammates, leaders, and partners to design and develop compliance and regulatory e-Learning courses, to include interactive gaming elements, and engaging videos. S/he will also partner with Senior Leaders and Executives to proactively find solutions to knowledge gaps.



Key Responsibilities



+ Be the voice of the learning team in project efforts, ensuring an early focus on the implementation needs to ensure effective delivery in alignment with project timeline goals

+ Make solid decisions by identifying issues, diagnosing problems, generating alternative solutions and analyzing opportunities and risks

+ Apply needs assessment/analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills

+ Show solid understanding and proven application of adult learning principles

+ Design and develop engaging online learning solutions including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, eLearning, videos, games, and assessments

+ Own the design and production of multimedia learning products

+ Graphic design and production of a variety of media, eLearning, illustrations, simulations, videos, and animations

+ Support creative direction of projects and the resources necessary to achieve high quality learning experience



**Technical Skills**



+ Intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects

+ Intermediate to advanced experience with eLearning development tools: Articulate Storyline, and Captivate

+ Basic knowledge of HTML or JavaScript programming language

+ Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)



**Basic Qualifications**



+ Bachelor’s degree, or military experience

+ At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development

+ At least 2 years of experience in Digital Content Creation

+ At least 1 year of Client Management experience or at least 1 year of Learning Consulting experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ 3 years of Instructional Design for digital modalities

+ 3 years of experience in Digital Content Development

+ 3 years Client Management experience or 3 year of Learning Consulting experience
