Learning Manager, Professional Analyst Development Program



**In this role you will:**



+ Lead a highly dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to manage and enhance HR people programs. You will influence Sr. Leaders and engage new hires on the Capital One vision as they begin their careers. You are dynamic with a passion for learning and will roll up your sleeves, rally partners and work in a highly collaborative environment.

+ Collaborate with internal partners. You will be exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders in support of Capital One’s lines of business and within HR.

+ Work closely with the larger Enterprise Learning & Talent Development Team to ensure a cohesive learning experience in context of other learning and development initiatives

+ Take industry analysis, user feedback, analytics and best practices into consideration when driving product strategy.

+ Define product direction, prioritize and manage features that will deliver best of class experiences for Capital One new hires.

+ Measure impact. You will identify the meaningful measurement for the product, track and iterate accordingly sharing with stakeholders.

+ Facilitate learning with groups of 50+ new hires and present to Sr. leaders.



Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:



+ Blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytic reasoning

+ Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams

+ Exceptional communication skills

+ Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization.

+ Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making

+ Ability to combine a strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making with gut-based decisions

+ Entrepreneurial ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts

+ Support and contribute to program curriculum strategy and development (learning events, networking)

+ Manage and implement all program development modules, continuing collaborating with Program Coordinator to ensure effective management of program

+ Set strategy for program dates, space needs and required resources

+ Prep Executive Speakers and Instructors for the learning events

+ Persuade Alumni to engage in PADP in various roles

+ Industry or hobbyist experience with emerging and leading technologies and learning approaches across disciplines (IoT, Machine Learning, Voice interfaces, self-directed, game-based, etc)

+ Track record of defining strategy, creating advocacy/alignment and being accountable for outcomes
