Responsibilities:



- Determine scope, schedule, and resource requirements for development of learning solutions for clients



- Oversee supplier development of learning



- Partner with clients to determine skills and knowledge needs



- Influence and drive learning recommendations for implementation



- Manage course quality and provides facilitation support and guidance



- Support development of new training courses and create strategy for clients



- Conduct client consulting on learning and development projects



- Liaise with LOB Leaders regarding learning requirements: conducts needs analysis; prioritization of learning tasks, development of learning agendas



- Conduct project/program management; design and deliver based on customer needs



- Manage up to 5 people



**Basic Qualifications:**



- Bachelors Degree or military experience



- 3 years of experience in training delivery and design



- 2 years of experience in client facing/consulting



- 1 year of experience in project management



- 1 year of experience in people management



**Preferred Qualifications:**



- Bachelors Degree in Education or Human Resources



- SPHR or PHR



- 5 years of experience in training delivery and design



- 3 years of experience in client facing/consulting



- 2 years of experience in project management



- 2 years of experience in people management
