Learning Program Manager



If you have a passion for helping others learn and build next-generation skills by creating amazing learning experiences, you may be a fit for our team. We are looking for a Client Manager responsible for leading multiple technical curricula designed to fuel our growth as a Tech company and help our associates develop state of the art Tech skills. As a member of this team, you will work in a rapid and agile environment, and have the opportunity to directly lead the creation and on-going maintenance of technical training curricula across a broad range of technical content areas.



Your responsibilities will include:



+ Owning day-to-day management of projects related to delivering new content and experiences for assigned curricula as well as handling content revision cycles (revising content, retiring content, incorporating new content)

+ Leading the day-to-day relationship with external training suppliers, internal SME instructors, and learning content curators/developers

+ Developing and executes on a roadmap for curriculum maintenance, redesign, rollout and reporting

+ Establishing clear, consistent processes to gather data and feedback on the effectiveness and return on investment of assigned training curricula

+ Leading the development of new learning content, social sites, courses, and learning experiences (2-3 curricula)

+ Partnering with technical advisors, SMEs, suppliers, learning professionals and other partners to deliver curricula projects with perfect execution and high customer satisfaction

+ Making continuous improvements to assigned curricula to meet desired learning outcomes

+ Conducting benchmark analyses of internal and external learning trends to deliver data-driven recommendations on curricula changes



Specific responsibilities related to project management include:



+ Driving all phases of project management to include feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of projects

+ Effectively applying project management methodology and standards, and ensures project documents are complete and up to date

+ Displaying teamwork, communication, negotiating and leading across all levels

+ Working with cross functional teams and influences others to work toward common goal, regardless of resource and time constraints



Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience

+ At least 1 year of experience in a training environment

+ At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Project



Preferred Qualifications:



+ 2 years of experience with technology implementation

+ 2 years of experience in project management
