Description: ADP is hiring a Learning Specialist - II. Major Accounts Client Educators are responsible for supporting the following organization goals:
* Help drive client retention, new growth and reducing weeks to start by providing timely and effective training along with follow-up and client support
* Drive Smart Standardization across the training organization
* Provide high quality Client Training Deliverables utilizing certified material for a varied suite of ADP products
* Ensure that new Clients and new contacts are prepared for their initial and on-going utilization of the multi-product offerings as well as functional features and support services.
* This will include providing a quality training class experience as well as follow-up with the client
* Ensure that the Client is prepared for their first payroll and receives additional help when needed by communicating and collaborating with internal departments.
* Support the goals of the organization by acting in diverse roles during peak periods (could include long instruction support, taking incoming phone calls, assisting with queue work, Implementation support etc.)
* Keep up with new products, processes, and training technologies
* Prepare and maintain training rooms for class which includes new versions and additional products as needed With these goals in mind, the Major Accounts Client Educator delivers all AutoPay and TLM suites, as well as other classes as needed and produces a high level of Client Satisfaction in regards to the Clients' ADP Education experience. This effort not only requires considerable ES product expertise, but also a thorough knowledge of the Learn @ ADP System, as well as other ADP internal systems which may include but are not limited to, ADP Access, eStart, and CICS. Client Educators are responsible for Client follow-up and post class Client instruction. At ADP we are driven by your success. We engage your unique talents and perspectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Closely following prescribed Major Accounts curricula, delivers all AutoPay, TLM, HRB, suites and other classes as needed that gadded to the curricula. Classes may be taught either in the ILT or the VCT format. Travel to geographic campuses to deliver timely instructor led Client classes, User groups, year end seminars, or potential on-site training.
* Follows up with Clients (and Internal ADP associates) to help drive the Client's engagement and extreme satisfaction as they experience their first processing with ADP. Assists clients in understanding and participating in the full spectrum of training needed (including Orientation Webinars, Year End seminars, etc.).
* Keeps up-to-date and proficient on all new product rollouts, existing product Version changes, and the LMS. Provides feedback to training developers on curricula effectiveness, and makes suggestions for the development of new classes.
* Coordinates technology upgrades in the classroom and maintains the Client Classrooms daily
* Prepares all assigned administrative reports. May provide year-end support to client services, operations or and implementation departments. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* 2-4 years experience in training, service, implementation or equivalent knowledge/experience with pertinent payroll, HR, or database products.
* Up to 25% Travel Requirement
