Loyalty Operations Principal Process Manager

Work is aligned to the Partnership's business across two Level 2 critical business processes

+ Calculate and Accrue My Rewards

+ Service and Redeem My Rewards

In this role the associate would primarily be focused on ensuring a great customer experience.

Some key components include:

+ Serve as the subject matter expert for the primary partner and/or area of work

+ Identifying and implementing process improvements

+ Monitoring control results, driving the triage and remediation of any anomalies

+ Identify process performance breakdowns across key performance indicator metrics

+ Drive improvements to hit metric goals

+ Work with Partnership Operations and Client Development to ensure Partner driven work is prioritized and executed appropriately

+ Be the subject matter expert for the area of work or partner you own

+ Serve as the lead for project impacting assigned area of work or partner

+ Ensure partner process documentation is complete and maintained

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military experience

- 1 Year of process management experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree or Military Experience

- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project management certification

- 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management

- 2 years of experience in Process Management
