Riverside's Warwick Forest, a continuing care retirement community, has an opening for an LPN. This position works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing /Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Quality Care Management. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and provides for the emotional, physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: Graduate of a practical nurse program required
LICENSURE: Current State licensure as a practical nurse. BLS for Healthcare Providers required
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working in a Physician's Office is preferred
