Manager - Balance Sheet Liquidity & Digital Strategy



A position on Capital One’s Balance Sheet Liquidity and Digital Strategy team offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to be part of the Global Finance Information Transformation initiative. As a member of this multi-year project team, the candidate will be responsible for defining data solutions through partnership with consumers, business SMEs and source system teams. This individual will participate in an Agile delivery framework to produce and be responsible for a variety of regulatory and non-regulatory reporting needs, including Liquidity regulations such as LCR, NSFR, as well as Interest Rate Risk and Funds Transfer Pricing.



**Responsibilities** :



+ Define solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems

+ Partner with consumers, business SMEs and source system teams to analyze, internalize and translate business requirements and source data to develop:

+ data requirements for upstream source systems

+ source to target mapping

+ data quality requirements

+ processing requirements (business rules, aggregation, transformation)

+ user acceptance test cases

+ negative test scenarios to enable seamless implementation within Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications OFSAA

+ Own the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance (UAT) and final disposition of solution for BAU acceptance

+ Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation

+ Interfaces with Product Management, customers, external consultants and information technology

+ Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

+ At least 3 years of Business Systems Analysis experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering or military experience

+ Master's Degree in fields such as Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering or military experience

+ At least 5 years of experience working as lead Business Systems Analyst

+ Strong Agile, CI/CD delivery knowledge and training and/or practical experience
