Manager, Enterprise Risk Management Training Strategy and Execution



The Enterprise Risk Management Training Strategy and Execution associate is responsible for designing, building, delivering and maintaining strategic training programs to help Capital One achieve its goal of making Risk Management a competitive advantage. The successful candidate will provide overall management and direction of training for risk managers across the enterprise that drives alignment toward recommended practices and methodologies.



**Responsibilities of the role include:**



+ Learn emerging methods and best practices for risk management at Capital One to help shape the learning objectives for enterprise-wide users of risk infrastructure

+ Design and develop learning solutions that drive alignment to methods and best practices for risk management, including use of tools like PRIME

+ Establish and maintain partnerships with Business Risk Offices and 2nd Line Program owners to ensure that programs meet business needs

+ Equip Business Risk Offices and 2nd Line Program owners with the tools and expertise they need to successfully implement training and reinforcement of methods and best practices

+ Facilitate sessions, as needed, to bring new audiences up to speed with risk methods and practices

+ Evaluate and implement varied use of training channels and media available (in-person, video and written guidance of self-help tools) for scalable, measureable, repeatable experiences



**Basic Qualifications** **:**



Bachelor’s Degree or military experience



At least 2 years of experience in communications OR at least 2 years of experience in training



At least 2 years of experience in relationship management



**Preferred Qualifications** **:**



1 year of experience as a manager, mentor, OR team training resource



1 year of experience in risk management



Professional training certification
