**What you will learn:**



+ Our customers: You will get to know our customers. You’ll know what they understand and what they find confusing; what they like and don’t like.

+ Our agents: You will know what our agents know, what they like, and what they struggle with.

+ How it all works: You’ll learn about what our customer’s experience, the systems our agents use, and all about Card products and policies.



**What you wil** l **do:**



+ Experience Design: You'll determine when and where agents need help. You’ll figure out how content can help them.

+ Process: You’ll build and run the processes to get that content built and then see it used to support millions of people.

+ Leadership: You’ll lead the people developing the content and manage stakeholders across Card.



+ Share the wealth: You’ll influence everyone you work with to care for the needs of our customers and agents.



Basic Qualifications:



- High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience



- At least 2 Years of Project Management experience or at least 2 years’ experience in Process Management experience



- At least 2 Years of People Management experience



- Proficient in Microsoft Office



Preferred Qualifications:



- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience



- At least 3 years of experience managing content projects or processes



- At least 3 years of People Management experience
