Manager, Process Manager, Digital Messaging

As part of our Digital Messaging Team, you will lead a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.



**The ideal candidate will have:**



+ Demonstrated outstanding communication, relationship building and collaboration across cross-functional teams

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication

+ Exceptional collaboration skills necessary for interacting with key stakeholders across the company to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

+ Strong judgment and critical thinking skills

+ Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team

+ Strong team player with excellent organization and planning skills

+ Capacity to deliver quality work, multi-task, and focus on priorities under dynamic environment

+ Strong problem identification, resolution and analytical abilities

+ Experience in management of multiple projects concurrently in an autonomous environment

+ Experience with digital communication technologies, e.g. email, SMS, Push



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

+ Six Sigma/Lean Certification or Process Management Certification

+ At least 3 years of Process Management experience

+ At least 3 years of People Management experience



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ Master's Degree

+ Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt Certification

+ 5 years of Process Management experience

+ 5 years of Project Management experience

+ 5 years of People Management experience
