Manager, Product Management - Interactive Voice

In this role you will:



- Develop the best product vision for our customers

- Transform the vision into compelling products

- Lead a project team (research, prototype, test, and build)

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:



-You are passionate and curious about the technology-driven world, and empathetic to solving our customer’s needs. You may have experience with design thinking principles to identify product opportunities in a structured way.

-You’re going to be responsible for delivering an experience, so you must have worked in a product group focusing on digital and/or voice applications; in and around cool designers and nerdy engineers – and love it.

- You have a demonstrated record of success inventing and launching features across multiple channels which exceed customer expectations

- Despite being humble and modest about your skills, you are a Rock Star Product Manager with ideas and excitement to drive change within the banking sector for good.

- Robust understanding of the technology, security, and infrastructure underpinnings required for multi-channel delivery; brings sufficient technical knowledge to understand what is possible and inform key product design decisions

- Experience applying "design thinking" principles to product design

- Experience working with a company with a global reputation of designing and launching world-class consumer-oriented products

- A burning desire to build great customer experiences

- A clear, concise and structured communication style with all audiences

- Strong analytical skills



**Basic Qualifications:**



- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience



- At least 3 years of experience in product management



**Preferred Qualifications:**



- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering



- MBA or Master’s degree



- 3-5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing products



- 2-4 years of experience in Agile product management



- Knowledge of APIs, Streaming Data, and Big Data solutions
