Manager, Recruiting Operations



**Summary** :



This management role will manage the Recruitment Scheduling/ Operations process, projects and programs throughout the company. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the Recruitment Scheduling team resulting in client, candidate and associate satisfaction. Partners with others in HR to communicate project/program status. This role will be involved with the communication plan and updates, if necessary, for specific projects/programs. As the Recruiting Operations Manager, you will focus on process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and make project/program more efficient.



**Responsibilities** :



+ Managing recruiting operations team and projects, to include schedule and budget management; works with HR leaders and HR Consultants regarding these efforts



+ Lead and/or partner with diverse cross-functional teams in support of design and delivery of recruitment operations and processes, may include project management or managing a work stream with projects



+ Manage the work of others that report directly or indirectly to you



+ Assess, Identify and Improve recruitment operational process/tools and resources – streamline or automate, as needed



+ Vendor Management – manage relationship with external vendors (where applicable)



+ Travel as needed to other Capital One locations



**Basic Qualifications** :



+ Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

+ At least 3 years of Operations experience or at least 3 years of Human Resources experience or a combination of the two

+ At least 1 year of people leadership experience



**Preferred Qualifications** :



+ Master’s Degree

+ Certificate in Project or Process Management

+ Professional Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR)

+ At least 3 years of people leadership experience
