Consider Your Opportunity

  • Manage logistics and execution for business events, including tradeshows, road shows, dealer meetings, customer conferences
  • Assist Product Marketing Manager in the
    • development of business effectiveness evaluation criteria for all marketing initiatives;
    • management of lead generation programs – tracking incoming leads from direct and indirect marketing initiatives;
    • creation of marketing materials to promote a healthy company culture like employee recognition, internal newsletter, company events;
    • development of digital communications including e-newsletters and e-invites
  • Assist in the management of business websites, collateral materials, and social media platforms
  • Manage press release distribution, collecting customer testimonials, partner collaborations, and industry networking
  • Manage the execution of customer loyalty program
  • Produce marketing content to be used in various marketing initiatives and materials
  • Manage and post for social profiles for our business in Google , Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Coordinating social media posting for our customers:
    • Creatively construct social posts for our small business clients
    • Answer inbound inquiries from current customers
    • Conduct customer follow up calls
    • Work in a team environment with our account managers
    • Promptly attend to customer retention matters
    • Document all interactions with customers via SalesForce


Requirements



Contribute Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  1. Strong knowledge of social media marketing
  2. B2B/software company success is a plus
  3. Personal/professional strengths and business competencies include eagerness to work hard; customer focus (external and internal); engagement with internal customers, partners, and the broader market; problem solving; organizational skills; achievement oriented; drive for results; verbal and written communication; integrity and trust
  4. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, sales, or journalism
