Marketing Manager, Consumer Bank Engagement

We are looking for a marketer that will lead our marketing and branding strategy across multiple platforms: email, digital, web, events, experiential, content and social media, focusing on key geographic markets critical to the success of Consumer Bank.

**In this role you will:**

- Lead content strategy and development for Consumer Bank in channels including email, digital, events, website marketing, social media

- Be a brand steward both internally & externally upholding our Bank Narrative & Content Pillars

- Work closely with, and lead cross functional teams including associates at our brick and mortar Café locations, PR and Social teams and agency partners to deliver brand-defining marketing strategies

- Connect the dots across multiple lines of businesses and teams to ensure a consistent strategy to ensure an exceptional consumer experience

- Lead and execute strategies across multiple channels including social media, customer emails, PR, web/digital properties and on the ground events

- Leverage Customer insights and data and analytics to drive strategies targeting a variety of Customer and Prospect segments within our ever-expanding local markets

- Develop metrics and measurements plans for marketing campaigns to track effectiveness and ROI

- Advocate for the Customer in everything you do



**Our ideal candidate will:**

• Exhibit ability to be flexible in prioritizing work, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

• Have relationship management skills, including with vendors/suppliers and a range of internal stakeholders

• Showcase ability to think strategically and navigate white space

• Bring excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and editing skills

• Have Marketing Communications experience

• Be a Team player

• Will be willing to be hands-on and ready to roll up sleeves in order to get things done

• Have the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment

• Be a resourceful, innovative creative thinker



**Basic Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience

• At least 5 years of experience in brand management

• At least 5 years of experience developing communications and marketing content

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office



**Preferred Qualifications:**

• MBA

• 2 or more years’ experience in Consumer facing marketing role

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their users (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, LinkedIn, etc.)

• 1 or more years’ experience partnering with PR teams to create events to propel a brand, garner attention and drive awareness

• 5 years of experience working with agencies including brief writing, concept development and campaign execution oversight
