Job Summary: Consistently executes Riverside Health System standardized protocols and effectively utilizes multiple specific computer and telephone software. Encounter documentation is detailed and accurate for calls and scheduling processes for internal and external patients' transportation and outpatient services. Service referrals provided for Riverside Health System service lines. Facilitates, coordinates and completes multi-function tasks for scheduling, patient flow processes, transfers and transports to ensure continuity of care for Riverside Health System and the communities served.
Education/Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a call center, customer service, patient care / coordination, and/or business services environment required. Demonstrates strong customer service skills; basic data entry/ computer skills & typing skills required.
Certifications: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
