Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Multi Site Manager to lead our Williamsburg Urology, Williamsburg ENT, Williamsburg Surgery, and Williamsburg Vascular specialty practices.  

Job Summary: Works under the direction of the Practice Director and/or Administrator. The Practice Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of multiple practices and locations. In conjunction with the Practice Director and/or Administrator, the Practice Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of practice specific business plans to assure quality, service and financial performance against budgeted expectations. The Practice Manager is also responsible for ensuring the practices adhere to RMG standard operating policies and procedures, and meet any specified annual goals and objectives. Responsible for proactive financial management of the practices, including flexibly managing controllable expenses to realized volume and productivity. Responsible for the supervision of all operational aspects of the practice: appointments, staffing levels, payroll, customer service, access to care, and oversight of the revenue cycle, including coding, charge posting, Time of Service collections and chart audits as appropriate.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.

Certification/Licensure Requirement: CPC preferred

Experience:

  • Significant health care management experience required, strongly prefer a minimum of 5 years of management experience. 
  • Knowledge of coding and insurance is required. 
  • This position requires the following areas of healthcare business management: 1. Implementation of specialty, site specific strategic plans-address quality, service, financial, and future growth strategies2. Proactive assessment of actual compared-expected operational performance (market share data, benchmarks, referrals, etc) and development/implementation of corrective action plans 3. Analysis and interpretation of data4. Excellent interpersonal skills utilized-meet daily operational needs, ongoing communication with staff and providers, and consistent RMG branding
