This Sr. Associate role will be responsible for the design and development of a diverse set of learning materials for our Investing business. This individual will partner closely with key business partners to translate business intent into engaging learning materials, with a focus (though not exclusively) on digital-first learning methods. This individual will analyze learning needs, design and develop blended learning solutions, and measure and report out on learning effectiveness. S/he will work closely with multimedia specialists and graphic designers to script videos, storyboard e-Learning courses, structure simulations, create digital games, design mobile learning solutions, and much more.



**Key Responsibilities**



-Design and develop learning materials/tools, from ideation to evaluation



-Leverage effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills



-Have a solid understanding and proven application of adult learning principles



-Conduct stakeholder, subject matter expert, and learner interviews



-Create curriculum roadmaps and learning journeys and recommend an optimal blend that are aligned for business impact



-Determine, recommend, and document project instructional standards and strategies, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plan



-Design and develop video and digital storyboards (e.g., eLearning, mobile)



-Leverage gamification and rich media to enhance the learner experience



-Design content, including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, creative content, and assessment and evaluation approaches



-Develop digital learning solutions which are engaging and creative, while still maintaining the instructional integrity and validity of the solution



-Represent learning in broader project efforts, ensuring an early focus on the implementation needs to ensure effective delivery in alignment with project timeline goals



-Engage with team members to ensure outcomes are on track to meet needs



-Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities



-Partner with other content developers to support material development needs, as appropriate



-Create strong behaviorally based assessments and evaluation methods



-Make clear, actionable performance and learning consulting recommendations to senior business leaders



-Communicate comfortably with senior business leaders, peers, and other design stakeholders



-Create and manage project timelines, estimate needed resources, and communicate tradeoffs to the business



-Research and recommend creative media solutions that may operate outside of the traditional scope of learning



-Ability to make decisions by identifying issues, diagnosing problems, generating alternative solutions and analyzing opportunities and risks



-Ability to set and achieve challenging individual goals that support department and business goals



-Ability to take responsibility for projects and follow-through to completion with minimal need for direct supervision



**Basic Qualifications:**

-Bachelor’s degree or military experience

-At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development



-At least 2 years of Digital Content Creation



-Proficient with Microsoft Office



**Preferred Qualifications:**

-Master’s degree

-3 years of Instructional Design for digital modalities



-3 years of Digital Content Development



-1 year experience with mobile content design and development
