Network Change Management Analyst



**Join us. We are looking for Network Change Management Analysts** .



The Network Change Management Analyst supports the ITIL operational governance and activities specifically Change Management across the data network environment within IT Operations for the purpose of providing consistent operations and infrastructure stability across technology platforms.



This position is accountable for daily implementation and governance of Change Management disciplines, associated standards and ITIL processes for Data Networking throughout the enterprise environment. It is responsible to ensure all network associates and peer IT teams efficiently comply with all the Change Management policies, processes and procedures in order to minimize the impact and risk of Changes introduced into our network. The work is performed under minimal supervision with the associate exercising independent judgment adherent to a Change Analyst/Coordinator position.



**Responsibilities**

- Serve as ITIL Change Management subject matter expert (SME) for daily operational governance.

- Responsible for implementing standardized change control processes and procedures and provides a centrally coordinated change control function.

- Participates with the overall Change Management lifecycle ensuring changes are recorded, assessed, evaluated, authorized, coordinated, and closed according to policy utilizing KPIs to measure process effectiveness.

- Key contributor to increase the overall Change reliability, reduce risk and provide stability through reporting, trending, analysis and enhancement opportunities.

- Partners with the enterprise Technical Change Management (TCM) team to ensure adherence with governance, regulatory and compliance policies.

- Participates supporting IT and business expectations to ensure the effective delivery of their initiatives within Change Management.

- Provide daily operation support on other ITIL service functions.

- Provide regular status updates to the appropriate supporting groups and leadership.

- Key role in Change Approval Board meetings as well as other pertinent calendar appointments to ensure risks and impacts of change are clearly understood by all stakeholders to minimize business impact.



- Responsible for Ad-hoc reporting and process automation using Microsoft Excel.



**Basic Qualifications:**

- High school diploma, GED/equivalent certification or military experience

- ITIL® Foundations v3 Certified

- At least 4 years’ experience in Change Management

- At least 3 years of professional IT technical experience in a large IT operation

- At least 2 years of experience in IT Service Management



**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 6 years’ experience in Change Management within a large organization

- 4 years of professional IT technical experience in a large IT operation

- 4 years of experience in IT Service Management

- 2 years of experience in Business Objects

- 2 years of experience in ServiceNow with ServiceNow Certification



- 2 years of experience in Scripting. Any language, but Python preferred, with an automation background



- 2 years of experience in Data mining -- Business Analytics type functions: writing SQL queries, mining data and performing analysis, and report development
