POSITION SUMMARY: The associate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the WorkPlace Support program for all ADP associates globally. Key functions for this role include Resource Scheduler reservation system - designing and implementing a training curriculum, building and running reports to ensure proper usage, creating communications, signage and documentation to enhance ease of use by the associates. The associate will also be responsible to coordinate upgrades and program enhancements, as well as ensure adequate testing is completed and to address and troubleshoot any end user issues. Additionally, the associate will complete data analysis on an as-needed basis on any Corporate Real Estate projects. The associate will be responsible for Food Services projects and programs and Asset Management financial tracking, analysis, and program roll-outs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Shared Services Technology (Resource Scheduler)
* Design documentation and curriculum for system
* Install eqquipment on site for ADP locations
* Lead roll-out including client package deployment
* Maintain reservation system Portal content to ensure assocates have access to tools necessary for program usage
* Provide web-based and on-site training in coordination with system roll-outs
* Provide web-based refresher training for all associates
* Analyze and visualize data on a project basis to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Messaging team on all design, version upgrades and planning for Resource Scheduler production and test lab environments.
* Maintain Reservation system project status timeline and monitor on weekly basis
* Provide support and diagnostics to end user issues and escalate when necessary.
* Create communications to associates regarding upcoming changes and roll-outs.
* Real Estate Project Support
* Install and Maintain Resource Scheduler program for new Projects
* Provide training to all associates for Smart Boards, Video Conferencing, Multi-function Printers, and other Space Technology.
* Install and maintain digital signage
* Design & implement ADP standard signage to facilitiate end user experience and expectation of space usage.
* ADP Warehouse Management
* Assist in management of warehouse financial information and inventories
* ADP Food Services
* Maintain food services financial information including invoicing, tracking and reporting of financial information
* Coordinate national roll-outs of food service programs (coffee, water and vending services)
* Continue expansion of micro-market program in selected ADP locations as well as coordinate grand openings.
* ADP Associate Facility Survey
* Design and implement annual associate facility survey, provide comprehensive data analysis, train Real Estate Associates on system access to view detailed data analysis
* Space Usage Studies
* Installation and configuration of equipment.
* Work with IT on server configurations to ensure connectivity with devices.
* Analyze data and provide interactive dashboards including building drawings to management for strategic Real Estate decisions.
* Troubleshoot
* Monitor and troubleshoot issues and suggestions from Resource Scheduler Help, Food Services Help and ADP Corporate Real Estate mailboxes QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3-5 years of experience.
