Open Source Risk Manager
The Open Source Office Team within Enterprise Architecture is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Open Source Risk Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic and risk-based thinking skills as well as good organizational and communication skills. Deep subject matter knowledge and experience specific to open source is a huge plus.
This role involves understanding of technology risk, controls, testing and the ability to clearly communicate gaps between control intent and performance. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to identify key controls, and lead a team of testers with testing of technology focused cloud controls, and grounding for findings. A proven record of working with process and functional areas in the lines of business, to perform second line testing as well as follow-up activities necessary for failed controls is desired. This will be a challenging role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment requiring ability to evaluate and propose new requirements into the open source testing program, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize team assignments appropriately.
+ Strong working knowledge of open source controls
+ Ability to follow documented planning, testing, and reporting procedures and methodology
+ Operate within a highly collaborative remote team environment
+ Ensure team adheres to testing methodology and procedures
+ Work with leadership to ensure open source controls are appropriate and complete
+ Understand risk exposure for applicable controls
+ Demonstrate a high degree of “professional skepticism” to challenge the relevance and effectiveness of controls and results
+ Interact with Audit and other stakeholders from multiple business areas
+ Establish and maintain good client relations during testing engagements.
+ Communication of results to management via written reports and oral presentations
+ Understanding and documentation of controls testing methodologies and requirements a must
+ High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification, or Military experience
+ At least 3 year of experience in Controls Testing or Audit
+ At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
+ 2 years of experience leading teams of 3 or more
+ Bachelors' Degree in Business, Information Technology, or computer Science
+ Working knowledge of Technology focused controls and/or audit testing methodologies
+ CISA, CRISC, CRCM, CAMS, or CIPP Risk Management Certification
