**People, Culture and Events Lead, Sr. Manager**



**Job Description**



The People, Culture and Events Lead will play a key role in helping to lead and manage the Cyber team’s performance and talent management activities, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, recognition and leadership programs, and internal and external events including: conferences, large scale All Hands meetings, and team celebrations. As a member of the Cyber Chief of Staff team, the People, Culture and Events Lead must possess strong communications skills and demonstrate the ability to problem solve independently, navigate complexity, and think through both the big-picture strategy and the details.

**Responsibilities:**



+ Performance & Talent Management Coordination – partner closely with the Cyber Chief of Staff, HR, and Cyber leadership team on managing the year-round talent and performance management process; institute programmatic components and develop and maintain a calendar of deadlines and necessary activities

+ Associate Recognition - create the structure for recognition and celebration that allows the entire office to execute without much guidance. Track various recognition pathways and recipients to ensure even distribution across Cyber teams

+ Events Management- lead the strategy and help manage the implementation and management of all internal and external events which represent the Cyber brand

+ Culture Enhancement- be the local barometer for the team health, assist with the enrichment of Diversity & Inclusion activities and awareness, partner with Cyber Chief of Staff, local site leads, and Cyber leadership team on building and maintaining a culture that attracts and keeps the best talent.

**Ideal Experience:**



+ Excellent communication skills

+ Events conceptualization, planning, implementation and management

+ People management; experience in team building and team development.

+ Budget management



**Basic Qualifications:**



+ Bachelors Degree or military experience

+ At least 5 years of experience in staff management and training

+ At least 5 years of experience in organizational development and performance

+ At least 3 years of experience in budget and events management

+ At least 5 years of experience in project or process management
