    Product Utilization Manager - Automotive Sales

    Dominion Dealer Solutions, a division of Dominion Enterprises (www.dominionenterprises.com), is recruiting for a Product Utilization Manager, specializing in the support of our Equity products. This person will own, support and grow a portfolio of customers mainly comprised of Equity accounts.

    Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

    * This role requires 75% travel.

    * Work with customers to identify their business goals

    * Analyze existing business processes around the account\u2019s usage of the Deal Activator product

    * Formulate methodologies and industry best practice solutions and transfer those into a deliverable action plan

    * Create curriculums and deliver high impact meetings and presentations to key dealership personnel focused on ROI and continued process improvement

    * Provide detailed meeting recaps and documentation on follow up items

    * Work closely with other departments to identify additional revenue generating opportunities

    * Seek out and maintain an expert level of knowledge on the entire suite of Dominion Dealer Solutions products as well as a good level of knowledge on the automotive industry

    Qualification Requirements

    Education and Experience

    This position requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support/account management role. Bachelor\u2019s degree is preferred but educational requirements may be minimized if candidate has previous automotive sales or marketing experience. Experience utilizing Word, Power Point, and Excel are necessary to perform job functions.

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills

    * Ability to travel 75%

    * Excellent communications, organizational and planning skills

    * Good level of automotive industry knowledge, especially Sales

    * Working knowledge of dealership processes and an ability to create, train and implement best practices around our DealActivator product.

    * Knowledge or ability to learn additional DDS products at an expert level

    * Ability to develop and perform consultative sessions based on needs discovery with client

    * Experience in delivering high impact web meetings to business owners

    * Understanding of email marketing and campaigning

    * Experience in multi-tasking

    * Strong organizational skills are a must

    * Excellent phone skills and customer service skills are essential

    * Ability to work independently and in team environments

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    This position requires 75% domestic travel. This position also includes mental demands such as the normal stresses associated with interacting with people, managing projects, and completing tasks within a defined timeframe.

    This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a high level of initiative. Successful candidates are also expected to have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have the ability and willingness to make effective decisions and set priorities according to the needs of the organization and project.

    Reporting Structure

    This position will report to the Manager of Equity Services.
