Sign on bonus available with this full time opportunity for a Senior Therapist to work in Tappahannock which is within a short drive from Mechanicsville and Richmond Virginia. The Senior Therapist will perform evaluations, determine diagnoses, develop a plan of care, perform procedures as allowed by referral to aid in restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities. In addition to all the responsibilities of a staff therapist, the senior therapist will coordinate and implement marketing of services, organize and enhance staff education and training opportunities, act as a clinical resource to staff, and assist coordinator/manager/director in facilitating the smooth operation of the department.
EDUCATION: Must have a B.S. or M.S. in Physical Therapy
LICENSURE: Must have current, valid Virginia Physical Therapy license with no restrictions
